We keep our class sizes small to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. Because our courses are structured progressively, your commitment to the full schedule is essential. Please review our policy carefully before booking your spot.
1. Course Cancellations and Refunds
- General Rule: Course fees are non-refundable. Please double-check that you are available for all listed dates before completing your booking.
- Sold Out or Active Courses: We cannot issue any refunds once a course has started or if the course has sold out.
- Need to Cancel?: We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to help, but we can only issue a Credit Voucher for the full value of the course.
- Late Cancellations: Please note that we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your workshop. As a small studio, last-minute cancellations deeply impact us, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support.
2. Missed Classes
- No Make-Up Sessions: Because our classes are full and each session builds directly upon the last, we cannot substitute, reschedule, or offer partial refunds for missed classes. We do not have spare wheels or open spots in other sessions to accommodate make-up dates.
- Illness and Emergencies: This strict no-rescheduling policy applies to all absences, including those due to illness or personal emergencies outside of our control.
3. Weekly Courses
- Progressive Curriculum: For our courses that run on a weekly basis, the curriculum is structured in advancing steps (such as throwing, trimming, and glazing).
- Commitment Required: It is highly important that you can attend all dates in the weekly sequence. Because each week builds on the previous one, missing a class means missing a crucial step in the pottery process, and we cannot provide alternative dates to catch up.
4. Cancellations by the Studio
- In the rare event that the studio needs to cancel a scheduled session, we will always take responsibility and provide a rescheduled date for that lesson.
5. Gift Vouchers
- Digital Format: We offer digital gift vouchers, physical cards are not available.
- Validity Period: All gift vouchers are valid for exactly one year from the date of purchase. Please note that expiration dates are firm and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
- Gifted Courses: If a specific course is purchased as a gift, the voucher is only valid for that exact selected course and cannot be transferred or swapped for a different class.
- Gift Cards: Standard monetary gift cards are fully flexible and can be applied toward any class or course offered by our studio.
