Description
Join us for a relaxing and creative evening wheel throwing session. This hands-on workshop is designed for all skill levels, offering step-by-step guidance in a warm, welcoming studio environment. You will learn the fundamentals of the pottery wheel from wedging and centering the clay to pulling up the walls and shaping your very own bowls, cups, or small vases. It is the perfect way to unwind after a long day at work, trade screen time for clay time, and clear your mind by doing something entirely for yourself.
What's Included
2.5 hours of hands-on instruction from an experienced ceramicist.
Clay, materials and tools are provided
Apron to use
A calm relaxed workspace
Max 3 people each session
Pick your favourite 2 pieces and we will do rest trimming and kiln fire (bisque and glaze)
Good to Know
- Open to Everyone — All levels welcome—complete beginners and experienced potters alike.
- Just in Case — Wear something you don’t mind getting dusty, and better to keep nails short for easier shaping.
- Shared Studio Etiquette — Please clean your work area and return tools before leaving so the space is ready for the next artist.
- Kiln Risks — Occasional cracks or breakage can occur during firing. Please note these are non-refundable.
- Pick-Up Deadline — Collect your work within one month, or it will be donated/disposed of to make room for new creations.
